Craving a satisfying and nutritious meal? These Meat and Carrot Wraps are a delicious way to fuel your body with wholesome ingredients. We start with a whole-wheat tortilla, packed with fiber and essential nutrients, then load it up with protein-rich seasoned meat. The real flavor boost comes from roasting the carrots and onions, which brings out their natural sweetness and intensifies their savory notes. A drizzle of creamy tahini sauce adds healthy fats and a rich, nutty dimension, perfectly complementing the other flavors. It’s a quick, easy, and customizable meal that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a grab-and-go snack.

- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- Black pepper and salt to taste

Assemble the wrap:
- Spread the tahini sauce (or hummus) evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the cooked minced meat in the center of the tortilla.
- Top the meat with the shredded carrot, sliced onion, and your chosen green vegetables .
Wrap and enjoy!
